Shipping

 

Please allow extra time on delivery on drop-shipped orders we do not control the couriers. ​We have now added estimated delivery dates to our products and all stock will be uk based from the end of July for next day delivery.

Delivery times

​Some items will take between 7-15 working days depending on stock or drop shipping (UK)

• International delivery 7-20 working days depending on location  (Ireland) (Europe)

• Further destinations may take up to 25  working days (USA, Eastern)

• Orders Placed Over Friday after 12pm and weekend will be shipped the next working day  (Monday)

• Orders Placed after 12pm (Mid-day) will be shipped the following day (First Class and Next Day

• With the new import duty laws VAT and Custom charges is not included within shipping and will be charged to some EU and International customers. This will be a separate invoice prior the delivery of your item.

 

Bank Holiday/Christmas/New year

• Orders Over Bank holiday and Season holidays Will shipped the next working day (Tuesday)

• last day for delivery Christmas will be the 21st December 2024

• last day for delivery New Year's 29th December 2024

• Reopen for the New Year 6th January 2025

• Express 1-3 days £3.99 Royal Mail /DPD​/UPS

• International Standard (tracked) 10-15 days  Royal Mail

• International Express (tracked and signed)  3-7 days £9.99 Royal Mail /DPD/UPS

• Free International Express over £50

Returns and Refunds

Goods to be returned to us in their original condition  and packaging with all labels still attached.

To return an item you MUST contact us by email or via phone within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Please ensure you send the goods back within 30 days so we can process your refund or exchange.

Please note that return postage costs are at your expense unless the goods are faulty. We advise to send by special delivery so the goods can be tracked as they are your responsibility until they reach our premises. Return address is Luv Rush 46 Crown Leys Aylesbury HP20 2LJ

We will process your refund as soon as we receive your goods in the original condition,

 dependant on credit card type this can take up to 5-10 working days to show on your statement.
