International delivery will take between 10-15 days with further destinations up tp 15-20 working days.

With the new import duty laws VAT and Custom charges is not included within shipping and will be charged to EU and some International customers. This will be a separate invoice prior the delivery of your item.

Please allow extra time on deliveries that are drop-shipped from overseas.

Order Times

Orders place over the weekend will be shipped on the next working day (Monday)
Orders placed over Bank Holiday/Christmas and New Year's will be shipped on the next working day (Tuesday)

RETURNS

For returns please message via our app or email info@luvrush.co.uk.

Please note that postage costs are at your own expense unless goods are faulty on our behalf.

You are responsible for the goods until they reach our premises, where we can then issue you a refund or exchange

Payments

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the goods in their original condition.

We will then process your refund back to the payment method you used to purchase the item. This will take up to 5 working days.
